At REVO Wellness SL we process the information you provide in order to deliver our services and handle your requests. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it is not mandatory. For any privacy matter you can contact us at hello@revostudios.eu.
2. Data we process
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, phone, when you book, subscribe or contact us.
- Booking and purchase data: services purchased, dates and payment data handled by the booking platform.
- Browsing data: IP address, device, pages visited and cookie identifiers (see the Cookie policy).
We do not deliberately collect special categories of data through the Site. Please do not send us health data through insecure channels.

Consent given for marketing or newsletters can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
4. Retention period
We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after it ends, for the periods legally required (for example, tax and accounting obligations). Data processed on the basis of your consent (newsletter, marketing) is kept until you withdraw that consent.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We do use providers that act as data processors and access data to provide their services to us:
- Momence — booking and payment platform.
- Meta Platforms — pixel and advertising (if you accept marketing cookies).
- Google — web analytics and embedded maps (if you accept analytics cookies).
- Mailchimp — newsletter and communications.
- Vercel — hosting of the Site.
International transfers: some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA). Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to hello@revostudios.eu, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of or objection to processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Withdraw consent given, at any time.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. We may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory or service changes; the version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date.
